Melinvest has its own foundry, forging, painting production,
two assembly shops, a machine shop, a welding-assembly shop with a preparation area, a tool shop, a power-engineering shop, raw materials and finished products storages, services and departments.

Technical facilities of Melinvest JSC allow performing the complete cycle of equipment manufacture from blanks casting to product assembling and testing. Manufacturing processes are being constantly improved.
The special design-engineering bureau qualification provides for realization of complicated developments and manufacturing processes.

Ensures shaping close to non-waste and high accuracy of parts production.

Hydraulic shares of AMADA COMPANY (Japan)
Allow processing steel of thickness 12 mm, light alloys 14 mm, stainless steel 6 mm. Length of cut exceeds 3000 mm.

CNC turret press of AMADA COMPANY
Maximum thickness of processed metal 6,3 mm, maximum dimensions of processed parts with interception 40001250 mm.

Hydraulic sheet bending press of AMADA COMPANY
Press power 100 tones.

This year the plant implements another project for introducing advanced manufacturing processes of sheet metal processing.
