Grain Cleaning Separators

Grain cleaning separators, Models BIS and BLS are considered to be among the most popular and recognizable grain cleaning facilities not only in Russia, but also in CIS countries.

Grain cleaning separators are used at grain preparation sections and at grain storages of flour milling plants, including as a part of complete equipment for newly constructed flour mills.

Grain cleaning separators, models BIS and BLS are meant for separating wheat grain from impurities which differ in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties by means of sieves and airflow.

Aspirators

Closed-cycle air aspirators, Series BDZ are meant for grain cleaning from aerodynamic light impurities as well as for separating peeling materials from grits (shell and hulling bran screening).

Aspirators, Models BDZ-6, BDZ-12, BDZ-16 can be used at grain cleaning sections of grain storages, cereal receiving facilities and grain cleaning lines with the capacity: 6 and 12 t/h; 12 and 40 t/h; 16 and 50 t/h.

Closed cycle of air use allows decreasing electrical energy consumption considerably due to aspiration systems reduction.
